Information collected and purpose
To process your enquiry and prepare a quotation, we use your full name, email address, phone number, company name if provided, project location and intended use, selected items, layout, description and submitted documents. Your name, email address and phone number are needed to process the request and contact you. Please do not submit information that is unrelated to the project.
Basis for processing
We process quotation enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible contract. We also use basic technical information to protect the enquiry service against misuse. We do not use enquiries for marketing messages or make automated decisions about accepting a project.
Receipt and access
Authorised staff process enquiries through albatrossmarine.ns@gmail.com and pontoni@elkomarine.rs. We send an acknowledgement and project summary to the email address you provide; your acknowledgement is not copied to these business addresses. We use Unlimited for hosting and email submission, as well as the selected email services for receipt and subsequent correspondence.
Documents and retention
We retain enquiries that do not lead to a contract for 12 months after the last communication. For contracted work, we retain documentation according to the obligations applicable to that work and the relevant regulations. This period also applies when reviewing the business email records.
Original attachments, up to 15 MB in total, are sent with the company enquiry. Temporary server copies are removed after all prepared messages have been successfully submitted; failed or uncertain submissions are retained while delivery is resolved. For larger documents, you provide a link from your transfer service. The website records the link but does not automatically download its files.
The project review is available through its protected link for seven days after submission. Expiry of that link does not delete the business enquiry record or documents already received by email.
Technical protection and drafts
To limit excessive submissions, the server retains cryptographically protected identifiers derived from the IP and email addresses for up to one hour. Draft selections and layouts are stored in the current browser tab so that you can return through the steps. The most recent enquiry acknowledgement in that tab also provides access to its review. Closing the tab or selecting New project clears the local draft; files must be selected again after refreshing the page.
External services
The contact page loads Google Maps, connecting your browser to Google servers. Google services, including Gmail, may process information in other countries. Information about their processing is available in the Google Privacy Policy. A transfer service is opened only when you select its link.
Your rights and contact
You may contact us by email to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where the legal conditions apply. Include your enquiry reference if available. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
